New water heater installation 1/7/2017

Shawn and Travis replaced a 14-year-old water heater that had, despite a retention container leaked into the house as well as outside. Shawn noted that the gasket on the retention container had been installed backwards allowing some water to leak inside and stain the baseboard. He also gave his honest opinion and understandable explanation about better pipe insulation that I will not waste $$$ buying and installing now. Both Shawn and Travis responded when expected, performed their work knowlegably and quickly. This is the second time I have used Ben Franklin for urgent plumbing issues. Wife particularly appreciated their wearing floor protectors and clean work clothes. Rate 5 out of 5 stars. more

Fast and reliable 12/1/2016

They came out quick and went beyond expectations. I couldn't turn the water off later on in the evening and Kevin came back out to turn our water off and it was late. I wasn't sure if my husband would want me to have it turned off so they left it and then came out and did it for me anyway after hours. Thanks guys more

Professional and Timely 10/4/2016

I call Benjamin Franklin to fix a running toilet and they were at my house in a few hours. mind you, this was not an emergency. The looked at the toilet and new what to do to correct the issue. The good thing is they had the correct parts on their truck and fixed the problem on the spot. The service fee was fail as well. more

Very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable! The gentleman that came to my home gave us several options for fixing the sink and never tried to pressure us into the highest cost option. I will certainly use them again! more

Awesome Weekend Service Call and Technician 7/24/2016

We were extremely pleased with timing, service, and technician - Jessie C. He went above and beyond to replace our hot water heater for us. The job was a challenge, yet he never once seemed frustrated or in a hurry. The cost was based on the job, not his time. I highly recommend this company, and especially this technician. We will definitely use this company again, and request the same technician. more

All pipes replaced! 7/23/2016

We had some old copper piping that had tons of leaks and a leak at out main water line. So we had to get all water lines replaced and replace drains that were improperly done by the previous owners. While it was a big blow to our finances it was all necessary. Blain was wonderful! He helped us out as much as he could and replaced our pipes as fast as he could. He was so nice and professional. Definitely a great guy to do the job. more

He arrived when he said he would and was very accurate with his assessment of the problem and fair with the pricing. He explained issues in full detail and answered any questions patiently. Plumbers at their best 1/7/2016

Can not say enough about Ben Franklin Plumbing and Shawn who did the work. Had simple fix that a local friend plumber botched and created a bigger issue. Call Ben and they came the within hours. Shawn was professional took a looked at the problem, knew what he was talking about and gave quick quote. Work was completed quickly and with quality.
