All new hires are entry-level and prove their commitment to the company before they are promoted. Many perks and bonuses are available and all goals are obtainable. Best decision I ever made 10/8/2012

I interviewed with many firms during the recruitment process and I chose Bay Inc because it was the only firm that expressed sincere interest in me and my role in the firm. I didn't feel like a number. I realize now that my decision was one of the best I could ever make since I have learned a lot at this company and I’m still learning as I go along. more
