He's Really Great - Huge Hands, Gentle Touch, Incredibly Strong! 3/20/2007

I was in an accident and my right shoulder was injured. Even after the physical therapy, I couldn't move it over my head without a lot of pain. A girlfriend recommended Paul to me because of her solid experience with him helping her shoulders. \r \r Anyway, Paul got into the separate muscles of my shoulder and worked each one out. After that first session, the pain was really reduced quite a lot. We worked together for about two months on a weekly basis to get my shoulder to open up. Now I go once a month for his gentle but deep relaxation work. He's really great! Pros: Great Location Cons: That there aren't more massage therapists like him! more

A Great Therapist, A Great Massage 3/28/2005

My doctor diagnosed me with a repetitive stress injury in my right wrist, and was suggesting surgery to correct the problem. I'd been wearing a wrist brace to keep my hand more stable, but I was still feeling pain in my arm and hand. On the advice of a friend, I went and had a massage with Paul, and he was able to locate the source of my pain. It turns out that some trigger points in my neck were causing the first rib to pull up against my collarbone, pinching the nerve to my arm. Paul was able to get the trigger point, and he showed me some exercises and stretches to help keep my hands relaxed and pain-free! He's a great caring guy, with a strong subtle touch.
