The massage therapists are not as good as they used to be in fact the one I had was pretty awful. Not worth the money with so many other options around. Sad because they used to be really good. more

eyebrows waxed and dyed 6/21/2011

I have blonde hair so I wanted my brows dyed a little darker. I came out with black eyebrows and the esthetician waxed my them crooked. Not pretty... more

Facial 2/22/2007

I just got the "teen facial" last night (even though I'm 22:), I thought that the process seemed a little rushed, and when I got home I found that I still had residue from the exfoliating mask in my eyebrows and on my neck! Yuck. I've had several facials at other spas, and that never has happened before. But other than those problems, my skin looks nice, and hopefully it will clear up even more in a few days! more

I have been to Balance Day Spa a handful of times over the past few years. I usually have a wonderful experience. Most of the massage therapists are very good. The last time I went, the massage therapist was so rough, I was sore for several days afterwards. I was very disappointed with that visit. Perhaps I will try them again in the future, but I may be more inclined to go someplace else. I would not try the "medical massage" technique again, for certain! more

Do you ever feel the need to escape, but don't have the time to take a weekend trip? Well, you can escape to Balance Day Spa for an hour, half day or full day of pampering! What a place to go when you need to leave all of your worries behind. And it doesn't cost you an arm and leg to pamper yourself! I knew the owner long before Balance Day Spa was opened. She has stood by her standards to offer the best services for reasonable prices. She has expanded 2 times in her 10 years of service. I think this speaks for itself! It is definately a short escape from the day to day stresses of life. more
