I wouldn't recommend this property to anyone who doesn't want to deal with coldness, insensitivity, unprofessionalism, horrible management from the office business manager up to the top (Lincoln). No help, very unforthcoming with general information, they also lie outright online about the prices and continuously raise the rent far too much for what they supposed do to ""upgrade"" these apartments (and some when it appears they've already been upgraded, but you still get charged the higher rate!?) The property has many ""amenities""; however, the age is starting to show with paint cracking/peeling on some of the buildings and doors. The landscaping needs to be redone, it's looking scrappy. These apartments are NOT worth the price they are charging even if they look ""nice"" from the outside. The maintenance is slow and I've seen them not doing their jobs. Very difficult to make contact with management and then it seems up to their ""mood"" as to whether they will respond or do something for you or not. This place is NOT as great as it made to appear. The rents are too expensive for what this place is in REALITY. They don't tell you all the ""hidden charges"" properly up front. They make you have to go begging and digging for information. They are almost ""rude"" in the office and seem very biased somehow, against what/who not sure, but just an 'attitude', masked with fake-niceness. Place just doesn't feel like a good energy, although it has a lot of good potential if only the management weren't so horrible, nasty, liars, cheats, thieves on money and presentation, etc. Too bad, because otherwise it would be a really great place to live. Get rid of the management, paint the buildings, and stop robbing people and treat them with respect and maybe things will get better at this place. Really a shame. Very disappointed with the management and the way this place is run.
