Probably the worst internet service available. The customer service is terrible and the internet drops frequently. The prices are fairly high for the quality and aimed towards ripping off soldiers at Ft. Carson. Highly recommend NOT going with Baja. more

Take heed to these warnings about this company...Fort Carson Garrion or whoever allows this company on post should be ashamed of themselves. I actually read these reviews before getting cable/internet through this company but Im the type of person to want to experience things for myself. Trust me, I have been taught a valuable lesson. I am now contacting DirecTV (not that they are any better) but anything to get away from Baja is great. I dont want to go into too many details because I have been with this company for a month and I am sick of them. Horrible cable (fuzzy picture, volume issues, people skin colors all diff colors just to name a few). When you call customer service, you are on hold for 30 damn minutes. I took a snapshop of my minutes so that we can print it and keep it on file. I was on hold for 19:07. Am I crazy for holding that long, YES but I needed to speak with someone about this horrible service. \r \r You WILL regret allowing this company in your home with their bad service. I am asking around to see if the Garrison (i think thats who is over this type of stuff) can look at others options for the military members and their families. This company is ONLY for individuals who HATE contracts, thats it. You get what you pay for. \r \r I did not want to go into too many details because this would turn into a novel BUT you have been warned. I was told, if more than 1 person is saying the same things about you, then something may just be true. Do your homework. The good news is you can always cancel because they do not have contracts. Oh, & the rude ladies that work in the office in Fort Carson needs an attitude adjustment (you work for a cable company, not Donald Trump). Geesh... more

Worst product and customer service- read other reviews 4/10/2012

Unbelieveable service, internet issues on going for weeks, no everyone says they will report 2 weeks later 10+ phone calls later. I call again to be told I'll report the issue?? So, at what point do I get a refund for no service. Lies upon lies - they want the money but no service or partial working service. DO NOT ORDER THERE SERVICE UNLESS YOU WANT TO PAY FOR SOMETHING YOU WON'T RECEIVE!!! I have filed a complaint again them with the BBB whether or not anything will be done or not I don't know but I won't go away without making my point. I had service with many other providers through the years in different parts of the country but never experienced the lack of assistance or unable to assist. It makes no sense!! more

I'm not going to waste time describing everything that is horrible about this company, I'm just moving on to a new ISP. Bottom line -horrible like everyone else said, for all the reasons everyone else said. Just started charging me to ""lease"" a modem - I have a freaking modem of my own, they won't let me use it, force me to pay for theirs. I call to cancel service, I'm on hold for 10 minutes before i get autoprompted - Press 1 if you have a question about internet, Press 2 if you have a question about cable. Uh... my question is about billing and canceling my account how did I just sit on hold for 10 minutes then get auotprompted - ""Good bye!"" #@$^!!!!!#%^#$@^#&#$^&!!!!!! more

Rude and Almost Impossible to get Service From 3/2/2012

I created an account just so I can write this review! STAY VERY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! I have had no service for 4 days. They can not figure out how to get a technician out to fix it. When they did come they did not even call and showed up in the middle of the day...I am work hello! Anyway, then I got so fed up I called to cancel my service. The first woman (the operator) that I talked to in the Johnstown Office, laughed at me and then hung up on me when I asked if I could mail my modem back instead of driving an hour to take it back to them. Then I called 9 of there 10 offices and no one could give me address to send the modem back to. 8 out of the 9 were rude, condescending and had no knowledge of their company. I finally had to call US Cable (the old company they were bought from) to get an address for mailing the modem back. I would do without internet than have to deal with this operation again. This is a joke of a company with no customer service skills and no service skills. DO NOT GET INTERNET WITH THIS COMPANY! You will be sorry! more

Baja Broadband - Worse internet provider ever! 2/4/2012

My rating had to be a 1 star? If I had a choice in the matter this provider would be in the negative. They tell you it's faster than anything in the area with 8mbps/1mbps... It's the slowest internet I have ever worked with since dial-up in Korea. Do not go with Baja Broadband unless you want to pay a lot of money for a 8mbps/1mbps that runs like dial-up. My rating is not a 1 star out of 5 btw. I don't have the option otherwise it would be 0/5. Horrible connection, they don't answer the phone and when they do, they can't help you. They take advantage of Soldier's who serve this country in harms way. more

WHY?!?!? 6/26/2011

I have had this service (and I use the word lightly) for almost a year now and I keep asking myself the SAME question. WHY? Why am I paying more for less? Why is the phone always off? Why is browsing the web almost impossible? Why is it that when I call for technical help (laugh here) they know less than my 6th grader? Why was I stupid enough to get hooked into this @#%& contract? And the million dollar question....WHY IS THIS SORRY SERVICE ALL THAT IS PROVIDED TO THE MEN AND WOMEN IN THE ARMED FORCES? If you are going to make us chose between this and that other crap (dish) at least police them and make sure they're not taking us to the cleaners! Oh, and by the way, tonight is the season 4 premier of true blood. Guess what same @%#! as season 3 premier, service temporarily of the air!!!!!!! I'm so freakin' tired of that message! What I want to do to Baja (or as I like to call them ""Boo Hoo"") would land me on the FBI's 10 most wanted list!!!! more

What idiot contracted Baja? 3/6/2011

This is the worst freaking internet service provider ever, and I've been all over the states/world and have yet to be as displeased with an ISP as I am with this one. I've been using Baja Broadband since August of 09 and for a period of time ignored the fact that I was definitely not getting anywhere near as much bandwidth as I've been paying for. However, as of the past week I've been incapable of accessing the PlayStation Network without being logged out shortly after (matter of minutes), I can't even load up Black Ops without having PSN log me out. That aside, merely browsing the internet has become a chore, USAA is inaccessible along with nearly ever other site I would frequent on a daily basis. I'd probably have better luck buying an AT&T wireless card, which is just absolutely pathetic. Comcast is here in Colorado Springs, why are we stuck with these scam artists who not only overcharge for a service but also fail to provide what they state they offer? more

Baja Broadband Internet on Fort Carson, CO. 3/6/2011

Signed up for service 6 days ago, speed rating of 8mbps/1mbps. After the first 3 days the speed dropped to 1mbps/1mbps and bottomed at 512kbps/892kbps. This is not the service I am paying for and all technical support can give me is ""We are having problems in the area"". Yes you had 3 days to fix it and no results ? You ARE the weakest link, Goodbye ! more
