I had a very poor experience with this law firm. After a brief meeting (cost $400), I left forms to create my corporation and was told everything was in order and things would go quickly. Five weeks later - after extensive follow-up calls (with no replies), I finally found out that Jeff Jones had not even bothered to process the paperwork! I quickly recoved my file from them and stopped any further work.\r

The delays in getting a Tax ID and business entity established delayed my bank loan and line of credit and created havoc. Save yourself the expense ($400 for 15 minutes) and frustration and stay away from this law firm.
Cons: Too expensive, lack of attention to detail, unresponsive!
