I am fairly new to yoga. I have been doing pilates for years, but wanted to try yoga. I started with Bikram in Sugar Land. Had horrible experience. They were pretty much rude at the studio (wouldn't let me in one day for being 5 minutes late). The instructors had attitudes...they charge a lot for their packages and the class schedule is far from flexible. You really have to work around their schedule. \r

So, someone had told me about this place. Try the first class for $1. What did I have to lose?\r

I loved my first Vinyasa class. And, I was actually sore afterwards for days! What a great workout! (some vinyasa classes are in a heated room - 85 degrees - which is perfect. warm enough to get you sweating and loose...not so hot as Bikram to where all you are concentrating on is not passing out! \r
\r
I bought two more months after that and finally did the auto-renew package, which is cheaper, gets you unlimited classes, along with other perks.\r
\r
The instructors are phenomemal. I used to lift weights twice a week. I enjoy this place so much, I have not lifted weights in months and am only doing the classes. Eventually, I will get back into the weights and combine the two, but the yoga is so rewarding! I am addicted!\r
\r
The instructors are not only friendly (they remember your name and help you a ton), but they really know their yoga. They make the classes enjoyable. It's a stress-free environment.\r
\r
Another perk is the lunch-hour classes. They are 45 minutes in non-heated room so you can squeeze it in on your lunch break. I love this option. \r
\r
If you haven't tried yoga, try it. If you are into yoga already, I guarantee this place will be great! The instructors are great in that they always provide options - from beginning to advanced, so that you always get the best out of your time there.\r
\r
I can't say enough good things about this place! They also have a really cute shop where you can pick up yoga gear, candles and really cute jewelry (that I have had my eye on for months...one day...)\r
\r
Try it to day. All you have to lose is a dollar!
