Great Customer Service 10/26/2010

My experience with Autoshield was excellent. At first I was planning on using Lightening Mikes in Charlotte! NO DON'T GO THERE! The service was unprofessional and the place is a mess. When I googled other window tinting businesses in Charlotte, Autoshield came up and I am so pleased I went through them! I simply called, made an appointment, went up there and they took it from there! They started on time as well as gave me a mini informational session in conversation about the different types of tints available. I was nervous about tinting a white car but everything turned out great!! The lady who helped me with everything was great and so polite!! more

Best Place for Clearshield installation in Charlotte! 6/19/2010

Leslie from AutoShield Carolinas made the installation of paint protection film on my car the best experience ever. Due to the contour of the hood of my car, I was concerned. However, Steve had the clearbra installed perfectly. He was very detailed in making sure the car was taken care of. They went above and beyond their way to make sure the customers are taken care of. I would recommend them without any reservation and I without a doubt, would go back to them to get my future cars tinted and have paint protection installed. Outstanding Service! 8/5/2009

There are basically 2 components to good service; the knowledge to assist and the patience/ desire to listen and meet the customer's specific needs. AutoShield does both as well as anyone I have ever done business with. One minute with their employees and you will recognise immediately how much they care about customers and that you can trust their advice. I would recommend AutoShield to anyone, as the best source for the knowledge and supplies required to make your vehicle look like a show car. And you can rest assured they will not try to sell you more than you need! Pros: knowledgeable and happy to help more

Best tinting in town 1/23/2009

Jason has tinted the windows in 3 of my cars and I would not trust anyone else to do the job. I could not be more pleased with how each of the cars have turned out. The staff at Auto Shield is very helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend Auto Shield for all my auto tinting needs. Pros: Best tinting in Charlotte more

Exceptional Quality 10/7/2008

I have been using Autoshield for all of my personal and professional jobs for well over the past 2 years. In selling highline luxury vehicles, you and your clients demand the best quality and professionalism. I would never risk mine or my clients vehicles in the hands of anyone else. Autoshield has tinted over 100 vehicles for my clients and every one of my personal cars, and I have never had to go back to them to ""fix"" anything. They stand beside their work and it shows. They have the best selection in Charlotte no matter what product you choose, and it will only help the resale value of your vehicle later down the road. Great job guys (and ladies)!!!!!!! From the time you set the appointment to the finished product this is a ""Class Operation"". Extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. No high pressure sales just good straight forward advice and service. My car looks incredible. Jason did a nice clean job on the install and the lady's in the office are very helpful and friendly!!! WIFI connection while you wait what more could you ask for??? Pros: Great Friendly Service / Knowledgeable about their product more

Quality work done by Great people! 7/22/2008

I found out about them at 9:30 AM, and by 10:00 I had set up the appt. for that day. They gave me a desk at which I could work in comfort on a free wireless network and the work was completed on my car in less time than expected at the rate they quoted me. It's 1:00, and the tint looks spectacular! If you need tint, a ""clear bra"" car protectant, racing stripes, or automotive accessories- I highly recommend these fine folks!! more

Great job, Best Price, Good People, Cute Tinter 7/16/2008

I was look ing for a tint job for my car and I googled window tint and I found AutoShield Carolinas. I am very glad I did. At the first call I Knew they were the ones. The Girl that answered the phone was able to answer all of my questions. They will teach all the facts about the state laws and make sure you are comfortable with the job and tell you what to expect from the tint. Pros: Will work with you about setting an appointment, cost less than others, Nice Place. Cons: I don't have any other cars to do! more
