Their courier stepped on obviously freshly installed tile. Called to complain and one of the partners laughed at my complaint. Claim filed with the BBB.WOULD NEVER USE THEM

My business is in Arlington, TX, I had to get a agreement submitted by 2pm. I called Austin Professional Courier Service at 12:30 and they were such a great help! David (owner) printed a 23 page document, had it couriered over in the rain with a deadline of 1 hour. I would recommend them to any business needing efficient, professional courier service in the Austin area. What a blessing! :-) more
