The staff and atmosphere, Jennifer and Dr. Duncan was great. The best staff I have seen on emergency ever. Thanks so much for caring.

Augusta is friendly and knowledgeable in a pinch! Their animal and people skills are amazing. Our dog, Sapper, went in last week and they made sure that he and my family was relaxed and positive. Everything worked out and because of them I am never going anywhere else when an emergency arises. more

Saved my dogs life! 11/18/2011

This animal hospital really saved my dogs life. He was incredible sick and I knew I needed to get him to see a vet immediately. I called Augusta Animal Emergency and they were wonderful. They were very responsive and I felt completely confident in their abilities. Today I am proud to say that my dog is happy and alive which is a miracle. more

Excellent service and care 11/15/2011

My daughter was playing outside with our new puppy when he darted out into the street and was hit by a car. Thankfully we live in a nice subdivision and the car was driving slowly however he needed immediate attention. We rushed him to Augusta Animal Emergency and they were able to help us. From the moment we got there they were friendly and compassionate. They kept me updated every step of the way and today our Rolly is doing well and like nothing ever happened. Thank you for such excellent service and care. more

I have had Norman for quite a while now and recently had an emergency and rushed him to August Animal Hospital. They were wonderful and took fantastic care of my Norman. When he came home he was in the best health I have seen him in years. They saved my dog, thank you. more

Wonderful 11/8/2011

I am so thankful that we have Augusta Animal Emergency! We had an emergency with my dog one evening and we just could not get him to breathe properly so we took him to Augusta Animal Hospital and they were wonderful. The entire staff was helpful and really cared about Max. When we brought him home he was in great shape and back to his old self! more

Very Caring! 10/25/2011

Nice to have 24 hour veterinary care available. We had a stray cat around our place that got hit by a car across the street, and the poor thing was still alive when I got to him. I couldn't let him lay there suffering all night, and since he was a stray no one else would have done anything about it, so I took him in about 10pm to have him euthanized. They took care of it right away and all we had to pay was the cremation cost, which wasn't much. It's definitely nice to know they are around - from my experience, I would recommend them. more
