Atr Towing & Recovery

I'm with M T. One of their drivers actually got in an impounded vehicle, chased me down 1/2 mile, and wrecked me on my bike after I drove past his lot telling him to drive more cautiously. Yes, I hit his open door on the truck with my hand closing it, and that pissed this driver off enough to commit felony vehicular assault with a car that isn't even his own. He left the scene and went back to load it on his truck. Avoid this company like the plague.\r \r He lied to the police saying he just wanted to ask me what I said as I went by, but he was the only one in the area that left the scene, half a dozen witnesses stopped. He said he took his time at his office, but he caught up to me in 1/2 mile... I ride at about 20 MPH, if he was going an average of 30 mph, he would have.... less than 30 seconds to get in his office, get keys, get in a car , and go. Tey that at home. My husband and I was traveling across Salt Lake City and what a beautifull city, to see our grandchildren that live in Idaho our Motor Home broke down, we called ATR they were there in no time and we were so lucky to get the Owner what a nice guy! He had us hooked up and to the shop with in an hour we were on our way again that day. Waht a Great Towing Company Great Service!!! more

I broke down on the side of the freeway one afternoon with my son in the car and called atr, I was so affraid of being hit by a car I didn't even get out. They showed up in only ten minuits and made sure that me and my son was safe and then put my car on the towtruck. The towtruck driver was very nice and fast I will only call atr when something goes wrong next time. more

I recently was in an accident on the interstate. About 15 minutes prior to the accident I filled my car with gas --full tank costing me $60.00. UPH called ATR towing and recovery towed my car to their lot. I went to ATR's lot 2 days later with the adjuster there we got the okay to siphon out the full tank of gas...well to our surprise their was NO gas! The woman there lied in my face telling me there was no gas, so i showed her the receipt. She told me they are a reputable company then she called someone on the phone and after she ended the call; she told us to leave the property immediately. I'm sure they have put the gas back in my now...but I do have 2 other people and the adjuster as my witness. I thought towing companies are entrusted with our property and during which time they can't take ANYTHING off or from the vehicle. If they take from our vehicle that is STEALING/THIEVERY/DISHONEST. ATR SHOULDN'T BE TRUSTED & they personally have no rating with me! more
