The quote process went well but both the pick-up and drop off were a disastor. The guys who picked my stuff took forever and several times when i said something wasn't going a couple of guys asked me if they could take it. At the drop off point the guys who did the moving were fine but the items wer so poorly labeled there was no way to track if everything was there. After the move any help I needed to make a claim on a couple of items that were damaged was not followed up...i could barely get them to send me the paperwork needed.
