Since my wife and I have moved into our new home in Brighton over a year ago, Atlantic Heat & Air Conditioning Company, Inc. has been our go to company for all of their services. The owner of the company Joe Iorio was the one that actually came to the house to design the A/C system. He was sure to make sure that any savings that could be had or any regulations the city had were met. His son Jon was actually the customer service rep that put everything together...you really can't beat a family run and locally owned company that is actually both of those things. When the crew was working on the construction I was amazed at how clean they left the house each day. Since then I have had a few followups and have never had to wait more than 24 hours for service. My husband and I have an old oil system that recently went down. I called Atlantic Heating and someone in the office (John?) told me that someone would be out to look at it right away. called in the morning cause my ac unit in my business stopped working..told the technician to call me as soon as he left the brookline office and never did..showed up at 12:40pm stuck around till 3:30 with no results did not know what to do kept referring to the manuel and constantly calling customer support for help with the ac unit..and at the end he had done nothing...what a waste of my time...horrible experience...highly not recommened!!! I bought my heating and AC systems more than 14 years ago. Sad to say that their service has gone steadily down hill. Most recently they sent someone out to service an AC unit and were unable to fix it after multiple attempts. They stood me up on the last attempt with no call or explanation. more
