Atelier is a wonderful find in Nashville. It is my go-to place for something unique for my wife. All of owner Susan Russell's pieces are original, high-quality and elegant. The showroom is inviting, with its small, understated atmosphere that is not overwhelming like almost every other jewelry store. Susan herself is great to work with: helpful without being pushy, open to ideas for custom pieces, and a true ally for last-minute purchases that suggest hours of thoughtful research and careful deliberation to mark a special date. Atelier has incredibly beautiful jewelry, yes, but don't overlook their terrific selection of local art!! Glasswork, pottery, paintings, you name it - I get gifts for all my friends and family here, and I love periodically going by to check out the new pieces while hearing all about their creation from an extremely helpful staff. All the artists featured are super talented - Gary Oglander, Timothy Weber, and many more - and you just can't beat the satisfaction of supporting local art! Atelier's jewelry selection is incredible.. all the pieces are beautiful, unique and not something you're going to see on every other woman in Green Hills. I am blown away by how many compliments I continue to get on the pieces that I've purchased there. I have had 2 great experiences shopping in this store. I love the really different jewelry they design, and the prices are GREAT. The women who work there are so nice and they really know their stuff. I wear the blue topaz earrings and bracelet I got there all the time, and get tons of compliments. This place has the most unique jewelry and the designers there are amazing. I bought 2 necklaces and 5 pairs of earrings. I didn't need anything but the prices were great and it was like no jewelry i have ever seen before! I have been to Paris and this place tops every jewelry place there. I stopped into Atelier for the first time the other day when the window display caught my eye. The store struck me as very clean and attractive, and the staff was super helpful. I began having my acrylic overlays done at the Green Hills location about 4 years ago. They've expanded to Belle Meade also where the parking is a bit better. Either place you go, the staff is absolutely wonderful, the environment is spotless, and the quality of work and value for the price is excellent.
