I was very pleased that a small company has such a big reputation. The work and the service was great. I just moved to the dallas area and one of the first places I went to is art addiktion. FYI art addiktion is in Denton!! Judy's Book needs to change there address. I strongly support the work that they are doing. more

I ORDERED TEE SHIRTS ( A TOTAL OF 42). WHEN I RECEIVED THEM THERE WERE ERRORS IN SPELLING , HOLES IN THE SHIRTS AND PAINT SPLATTERED IN SEVERAL PLACES ON THE SHIRTS. I CALLED THE COMPANY, SPOKE TO A YOUNG MAN WHO PROMISED TO HAVE MIKE GET BACK WITH ME. I HAVE NOT HEARD FROM MIKE AND HAVE LEFT SEVERAL MESSAGES. NO ONE HAS RETURNED MY CALLS. IF THIS MATTER IS EVER RESOLVED, I WON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN. more

Art Addiktion, has very very poor customer service, When I complained to the Owner, he was very rude and not helpful at all. the quality of work on the embroidery, is very very bad. in the past embroidery quality was excellent I don't know what has happen but the quality of the embroidery is not acceptable, I will no longer do business at Art Addiktion.
