Staff is always professional and courteous. They take good care of my little dog who is like a very hairy member of our family!\r Our dog has had a couple of scary health issues and they have patched him up and made him good as new. And, I always felt safe putting him in their hands.\r Their prices are very reasonable. more

the doctors are ancient and have no personality, nor do they have current knowledge of up to date care. they are unfriendly and management seems under par. i would not recommend this clinic. more

I have been a client of Dr. Jerry Dittrich and Dr. Hollis Carroll for many, many years and Dr. Carroll is one of the nicest, most caring vets I have every used. No offense to Dr. Dittrich. Maybe Wes was having a bad day but it is hard for me to believe Dr. Carroll would have said what he did as he has been very patient in answering my questions until I understood what he \r was trying to tell me. I even have talked to Dr.Carroll after talking to Dr. Dittrich for his opinion. Please, don't judge Dr. Carroll by this one dissatisfied client. I have been there for about a year and half. Friendly staff but not so friendly Doctor. Dr Hollis Carroll DVM did not seem to care for our inquires.Paid $40 for doctor visit just to hear "there nothing wrong with him ".
