I'd like to share our experience here with Dr. Mitch and his staff.\r \r This clinic is amazing. We are talking top of the line, high-tech, full service care the way pet care should be. I have personally seen the back area, and it is absolutely sterile and pristine. There has always been full staff there each night, ready to handle any and all of our emergencies - no waiting. \r \r Dr. Mitch did a TPLO for us on a Dane in our rescue. The surgery went very well. So well in fact, that even though the Dane blew out his other knee, the one Mitch fixed stayed strong!\r \r They've been there for us through broken nail beds, bloat, cuts, and emergency euthanasias. Not to mention the absolute best in all of TN for ortho and life saving surgeries. \r \r You simply cannot beat the quality of their service. Dr. Mitch has been very generous to us, and we can't say thank you enough. more

after hours pet emergency clinic 11/18/2006

Words cannot express how grateful I am to the veterinarians of the After Hours Pet Emergency Clinic in West Knoxville. My regular veterinarian referred us to them after our pet became very sick. They found he was bleeding into his belly from a tumor on his spleen. They really took the time to give us options on his treatment and explained the possible outcomes. We let them give our dog a transfusion and a few hours later he was in surgery( they even offered us a board certified dog anesthesiologist- wow!) We spent a lot of time in their waiting room and they are very busy, but they always took time to answer our questions and make us feel at ease. more

Expensive 11/27/2005

I wanted to select a 2 star for this but I can't say I wouldn't reccommend the After Hours Ver Clinic, if your pet is ill in the middle of the night this is the place to go. I was however very shocked by their prices. I understand they are open throughout the night but in my opinion the prices were way too high. more

pet care facility 11/12/2005

A great after hours pet emergency clinic for emergency animal care - they are open evenings - weekends and holidays - they are very conveniently located - with ample parking - a great staff - i love their hours - but i do think that their prices are a little steep just because they are after hour workers - when you pet is in need - they are the place to go - but their prices should reflect their helping you in a time of need more
