My complaint goes like this. I purchased a package for hair removal for my 21 year old daughter. All was fine until the clinic manager by the name of Monica Pierson gave my daughter a treatment. my daughter informed me that this woman hurt her and she came back home with her upper lip and under arms skin burning and in pain. Previous treatments by other therapists did not caused her to be in pain like this. But, to top it off, this Monica person treated my daughter rudely during the treatment and made her feel worse than she already felt. I proceeded to get on the phone with her and gave her a piece of my mind. She was rude initially, but I put her in her place real quick. Now my daughter tried to call fro her appointment and she was rude to her again! She seems to take it out on a young girl who speaks softly and is too chicken to dish it out with someone her own size, I have already contacted corporate. This woman needs to learn customer service skills and I hope she will be talked to about this soon. My daughter will go to another location for her treatments as we do not want to deal with this Monica person anymore! Be aware of this clinic manager consumers! more

This company is horrible. It is dumpy and the rooms equipment is old. The restroom is dumpy and once didn't have toilet paper. Staff changes every time I go in there. I got stuck with this because I was doing laser hair removal and it has been quite unsuccessful that I have been going for nearly two years. Half the time they do not do a reminder call for appts. The last time I was there a new lady shocked the heck out of my armpit and it was throbbing for hours afterward. I would not ever recommend this place. They try to sell you more procedures every time I go in there while I am having the laser hair procedure. NO WAY!! I have finally given up and I will finish my hair removal at a REAL laser hair removal company. more
