Stay away from these guys! 3/4/2012

Read the first line of their claim and know that the opposite is true.\r I bought a bike from these guys. Three things were wrong with it.\r The carburetor had been screwed up and had to be rebuilt. After I bought the bike, I asked John, the Asst. Mgr. to transfer the registration to my name and he said the bike couldn't be registered in my state. (That didn't stop him from taking my money) And it took them a year to mail me a title that no one would accept when I went to resell it. Two years of phone calls and emails and no replies. I finally pretended to be a buyer for one of their bikes in order to get past the operator. When I got someone on the line and told them the story above, they offered to buy the bike back for half of what I paid them for it.\r Stay away from these guys. more

Good Quality Shop 9/22/2011

When we were buying our first Harley, the bike's owner suggested we take the bike to American Classic Motors for inspection. They pointed out what repairs were immediately needed and what to consider in the future. Thus has begun our many years of excellent service and repairs on both our bikes. American Classic Motors has a good selection of gear, helmets, boots. They do great work, the prices are fair for repairs and service, the shop is local and they run a quality shop. more

Fair and Honest 8/29/2011

These guys are the best! My bike was leaking gasoline all over the place, so I brought it to the motorcycle repair shop nearest our place - American Classic Motors . These guys are so wonderful. We had only gone there once before, for an inspection, and they were nice and quick. Gas was literally pouring out of somewhere from the bike. Later in the day, the shop called to say the bike was ready and to come get it in the morning. I went before work to get the bike. I was shown the old part that went bad, and was given a full explanation of what was done. I asked that dreaded question: ""So what do I owe you?"" The figure? $40! These guys replaced an obscure little part, dismantled all kinds of parts in order to get to the part, then put everything back together again - and all they charged was $40 for the part AND the labor! So, the bottom line is that these guys are good, and they are HONEST! They won't pad the bill, they won't pull any stunts whatsoever. Just good, quality motorcycle repairs at incredible prices. Anyone with a motorcycle would be crazy to go to any other repair shop in the area while this gem exists. more

Amazing place! 8/29/2011

American Classic Motors is truly AMAZING!! I have had two Harleys in the last 6 years. Thus, I have dealt with the long waits and over-pricing of the Harley dealerships. I was recommended to go to American Classic Motors by a friend about 5 years ago and I now swear by them. They are extremely fast and have very reasonable prices, they really blow the competition out of the water. They are very dedicated men and I trust them completely. I have recommended them to rider friends, and they have yet to disappoint!! I encourage everyone to go, they give the best service at unbeatable rates. more

The Real Deal 8/28/2011

5 stars for heads-up, thoughtful service. The American Classic Motors crew really know how to examine a bike and offer up suggested fixes to seriously make a difference in bike longevity and ride quality. Seriously - after dealing with a couple other attitude-addled service shops, it was nice to be taken aside and having issued explained and given some options for repair. The American Classic Motors folks are the real deal, I'm right thankful to take my cycle there. more

First time customer, American Classic Motors had what I wanted and delivered! Super-fast tracking and delivery. Product packaging was excellent. I have been wanting to try a different model tire on my road king for years now. I like the Harley Davidson name on the tire walls. Price was excellent. Had the parts I needed 8/17/2011

My bike happens to be a little older and thought parts would be difficult to find. American Classic Motors had what I needed. I was able to type in my bike information and right away tons of parts appeared. I was able to find what I needed easily. Site was very easy to use and prices are competitive. I will shop here again. more

I've just got back from American Classic Motors after taking my bike there. American Classic Motors was recommended by a friend and by the fellow I bought my bike from. Needless to say that their recommendations were spot on! Fantastic service, the staff was very helpful and offered some fantastic advice on caring for my bike (as a new rider it was good to learn something new about the machine I'm using everyday). Very helpful guys. I got some quotations on a few jobs that might need doing in the future and the prices were very reasonable. Nice store, very friendly and more importantly, very knowledgeable guys. Very easy to get to. :-) Pleasure to deal with and I will recommend them to everyone I know with a bike. more

BOUGHT VANCE AND HINES BIG RADIUS FOR MY SOFTAIL. ORDERED ON A MONDAY AND HAD MY PIPES ON MY BIKE FOR A SATURDAY RIDE. COULDNT BE HAPPIER. THEY LOOK GREAT AND SOUND GREAT. Awesome Place 7/10/2011

American Classic Motors has a great store. As soon as I entered the place I was impressed! The sales dept gave me a great deal on my new bike and were were super helpful...I got a lot of parts and a helmet and when I dealt with them I knew this would be a place I would keep returning to...they really seem to look out for their customers and are very upfront with everything! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a new bike, parts or service. The service was wonderful, the store was cool. The employees were courteous and friendly. Very Good Experience buying my first bike 7/10/2011

I'm happy to say that I had a great experience buying my first bike at American Classic Motors. The salesman was very helpful and not pushy at all. He took me around to meet the manager in the accessories department who helped me select a helmet and a jacket. The selection of helmets, gloves and jackets was great and I plan to go back to have Lo Jack installed on my bike. more
