Why is Alpha Floral closed? I've been trying since before Christmas to bring up their web page and the phones don't work. I even called Rathskeller's next door to see if Alpha had closed. Did they move or close up all together? I'm very frustrated. My family has done business with them since at least 1962. Anytime I need to send flowers....Alpha is it. They have never done a bad job in all these years. Most of my family is still in Rockford whereas I moved to Alaska 20 years ago next month. I really rely on Alpha when I order flowers for my Rockford relatives. I want to send my Aunt and Uncle flowers on December 23rd. It was their 72nd anniversary! I didn't get to send any.
