I am writing this note to compliment Mr. Joseph Sirju on the way he handled my request for renters insurance this past week.  I found that I am required to purchase renters insurance as a new requirement in order to continue renting the apartment where my family currently resides.  I needed to have some insurance very quickly, within a few days, and Mr. Sirju responded to my request for service in a very timely fashion.  Although I have never personally met Mr. Sirju, he met my stated deadline and expedited my request for service with professionalism and kindness.  He communicated with me by email, followed up by phone and met my every request.  I am grateful for his competence and willingness to help me in a pinch.  I was able to show proof of insurance in time to the landlord and remain in my current apartment.  As a result of Mr. Sirju's work for me, I will definitely consider Allstate and The Pisani Agency for our future insurance needs.  The Johnson family is very pleased with your service. more

I have had my policies with Allstate for over 8 years.  Due to a policy change and the need to add/change vehicles, I have interacted with Joseph quite frequently since August 2008.  Every interaction with Joseph has demonstrated a committed employee.  He is very attentive and efficient with completing requests.  He has contributed to my positive ""customer experience"" with Allstate.  Being in the insurance industry where I have knowledge of the impact of positive customer experiences, I have the ability to identify a dedicated employee who is committed to the success of an organization.  Joseph exemplifies a model employee and, for that, he deserves to be recognized more
