I can't tell you how disappointed I was in your company. My mother-in-law is having your company to some work in her house and the quote was too high, but she already agreed to the service. I shutter to think how you stay in business. I believe in being profitable, but your company is EXTREME. 4 times what someone else would charge, unbelievable.

We are happy to be able to reach out to you to try and remedy the visit. As we explained, all of our pricing comes off a straight forward price guide. However we should have quoted the sink as a whole unit versus individual units. Again we are very sorry with how the visit went and we hope you accept our apology and the refund of the trip charge from the visit.
