Air Pro was recommended to me by a co-worker who raved about them. I was very pleased with the quote that Air Pro gave me as well. I have been very pleased with the quality of work. It was performed on schedule and since it is a high efficiency model, it has made a big difference in the temperature of our house. John got back to me quickly, sent me a quote and answered all of my questions. He also came out right away when we had a fluke problem with our furnace. John is always prompt and courteous. John has done work for me on numerous occasions over the years. He has always provided timely service. The quality of his work has always been exemplary and his prices are reasonable. His work has always been top-notch. Over the years, he has replaced two water heaters (one was at our old house) and he has serviced/repaired my furnace and air conditioner. I hired Air Pro as they have done work for numerous members of my family and everyone was satisfied with their work If there was anything overlooked during the installation, all it took was a phone call or email and the problem was resolved. Their professionalism and resolving issues especially in an older home, Air Pro would look for ways to join an old system to the new without costing an excessive amount of money. I would hire them, but hopefully having just put in a new system, I will have moved to a smaller place by the time I need a new one, but where I moved needed a new system, I would call John first. more
