I have gone to Aerobifit for more than two years now. It's a great neighborhood gym. You cannot beat the 'personal' service/touch. The owner is there every day...and knows everyone by name. I hate to exercise but have found that Pilates is my favorite. It will transform your body/muscles. Susan (owner) is a fabulous instructor/trainer. I love this place! Great Personal Programs 5/27/2008

I worked out with a personal trainer (Sherri) for about 7 months. She was super nice and adjusted the workout depending on how I was doing. She genuinely cared about my fitness and had a workout program specifically designed for me. That was the best shape I've ever been in. I lost weight and had long, lean muscles.
