This is the absolute worst mortgage company on existance. I was going to be moving today, I had all the paperwork sent to the Loan Officer and she sends me a message TWO hours before the movers show up and everything shuts off. The reason was she needs to look over a note, so it will take 48 more hours..... First of all she waits until the last minute to message me about anything, it has caused the biggest hassle in my life. We were scheduled to close weeks ago this morning, but late last night she says, no it will be late afternoon. So we had to call utilities, so many times, never before have I had to deal with this. I advise, and strongly suggest that no one go to this mortgage company, if I could I would change companies immediatly.
