I have used Ace twice in the last 5 years and both times that I moved, my moves were flawless! I refer all of my friends, family and coworkers to this company and they all talk about how great a job they did! I have never heard a complaint... I couldnt disagree more with the bad complaint:( Pros: Excellent service at a great price! Cons: Nothing! more

WORST MOVE EVER! 6/16/2008

Ace was terrible! I am only giving them one star because nothing was damaged. I ended spending $600 and wasting 10 hours of my day on these movers. A representative from the company came and looked at all my things and quoted me at 7 hrs. I thought that was way too much time for a single person with no kids. When I asked why so long he assured me he just wanted to aim high and that it would take no longer than 5 hrs. I see now I was only told this to so I could sign my name on the dotted line. I called several companies and Ace had the cheapest rate. I now see why. I would not reccommend these movers to my worst enemy. Pros: Took care with my property Cons: Movers were older, took 10 hours total more
