Theresa provided me with gentle guidance to become aware and acknowledge elements present in me and my life which are inhibiting or blocking my ability to have joy, happiness, growth and the full potential of life. I was assisted to open, surrender and release those elements in my life which were ?blocking? me. To search myself, and ensure that what I was feeling or thinking was really my own.
