Great pool and price. Except if you have ANY problems, they will not return your phone calls, schedule appointments and never show up. I had zero problems with this company until I handed them that final check. Make sure EVERYTHING works BEFORE you give them that last check, you will never see or hear from them again. I do love the pool and price though, customer service STINKS!! Pros: null Cons: null more

Quality Service 10/11/2010

Pool looks great! I've had lots of great comments from friends and family. Accent took the time to really help us plan and build a custom pool suited for our needs. When ever I had any issues with the contractors and their work, Accent would have the issues resolved within days.\r I highly recommend Accent Pools! more

Excellent Pool Selections 7/21/2005

We tried several pool companies till these folks came out. We told them what we wanted and the salesman showed us many plans till we found the one we where looking for. It is going to be beauiful, they are even going to do the landscaping around the yard and pool. The price was competive with the other companies. We where also happy to hear they had been in business here in our area for approx. 30 years which said alot. Also they plan on having the work done within 30 days so we are happy! Accent Pools 7/15/2005

For a small place they seem to do alot of business...I had an above ground pool put in and they came and installed it in one day. I go back every year and they test my water and tell me what i need. Great customer service and very helpful. more
