Absolute Dental Kids - Lake Mead

BAD EXPERIENCE HERE. I was referred by a different Absolute Dental on Flamingo, the people there seemed decent, and the doctor was cool. But they made a big mistake by giving me a referral letter with an INCORRECT ADDRESS on it and a completely different doctors name. Also I noticed in the waiting room there were 3 customers and 2 were sleeping. The floor was very dirty and worn. There were 10 people running around like chickens with their heads cutoff. A lady at the reception named Rita gave me a lot of attitude also, which was very unprofessional. I found a great doctor at Las Vegas Oral Surgery. Very dissapointing experience at this place. more

I was referred from another Absolute Dental to this location because I needed to see the specialist for my root canal. The moment I saw the building and the waiting room I knew this was a bad idea. When I called to make an appointment I was not told that my appointment that day would be a consultation!! It was until they got me in the chair and told me that it was just a consult!! I had to argue with the manager and demanded that I receive my root canal that day. This company has a habit of not giving you any information. The only good thing that came out of the visit was the endodontist who worked on me. He was great and I hope he opens up his own practice some day and gets away from Absolute Dental. \r \r Overall I say save your money and your insurance and go to a dental office that will treat you with respect and not as a profit. They are expensive, hire dentists fresh out of schools, and simply do not care. The owners have over 10 locations and they just push for profits, that's it. They would do an unnecessary root canal if it meant more money for them. There are much better quotes out there. Don't be cheated by Absolute dental or by those dental offices that charge very little for exam and then a fortune for the actual treatment. Ripoff! I went to this office of Absolute Dental, and found that the staff was friendly and I got a great exam and dental work by a doctor who really treated me nice. Can't say enough about the staff. Some of those other reviews seem kind of angry, maybe it was someone who works for a competitor because I really don't agree with their review. Pros: great service, friendly staff more

I went there one time, I was so uncomfortable in the environment, and the way i was treated by a ""gentleman"" named Adrian, I walked out before even seeing the dentist.\r The place was filthy, staff person was rude and obnoxious.\r Weeks later, a friend of mine told me she went to the exact location for her son, and she was forced to have more out of pocket unnecessary procedures done.
