I know this isn't the salon's fault per say, but I also had a horrible experience with the manicure living social deal i bought. Wow, the lady was totally rude to me on the phone, being very defensive. She even ignored my first phone call , I had to call twice to get her to even call me back. Just because you sold too many coupons, that is NOT an excuse for not honoring future clients coupons. She just lost all my future recommendations. She obviously does not know how customer service works. I hope the salon breaks their contract with her. She actually told me that she doesn't make any $ off the coupon, so she feels like she doesn't have to honor more coupons just to keep working longer. Didn't know being a manicurist was so rough of a job.
