I found Abana Salon on the Wella salon finder and booked with Tina(owner). I brought my formula and my color and cut turned out great. Made my next few appointments since it is very difficult to get an appointment with Tina. Highly recommend, book ahead! more

Tina @ Abana rocks! We moved home to Colorado Springs after a five year absence and I found myself struggling to find a new stylist (my old one moved of course) what else is new! I walked into Abana on a whim after shopping at King Soopers across the street and was immediately welcomed by the staff. They were kind and gracious and professional and were able to get me an appointment with Tina, the owner that fit my schedule perfectly. And what a great stylist she turned out to be. I've been seeing her for six months and the changes in my hair are amazing. Tina is a consumate professional who really knows her craft and her clients. more

I came to Abana Salon with broken hair 6/7/2012

I came to Abana Salon with broken hair and compromised from relaxers. I want long hair so bad, but mine won't grow. Tina gave me a great consultation and we are going to put in Hair extensions and finish it off with a top piece closure. This is the only salon who could help me with my hair dilemma. The final service will take place in a couple of weeks and I'm so excited. We dont have to stress my own hair anymore with this procedure. Thanks Tina for your knowledge! i recommend this salon and Tina highly. more

Colorado's best Hair 4/27/2012

If you want hair extensions, go to Abana Salon. I saw Gina for mine and I couldn't be happier. They are certified with the most companies of anyone and can match your hair and texture. This is not inexpensive, but quality. I know I'm hooked! Friendly staff and everyone came and talked to me. Very refreshing!!! more

Best eyebrow wax by Gina 4/8/2012

Went to Abana with my friend who was getting hair color by Maria and asked if they did eyebrows. Gina took care of me and was gentle and very detailed with my brows. They look great! You're my new eyebrow girly!!! more

horrible experience 3/28/2012

I know this isn't the salon's fault per say, but I also had a horrible experience with the manicure living social deal i bought. Wow, the lady was totally rude to me on the phone, being very defensive. She even ignored my first phone call , I had to call twice to get her to even call me back. Just because you sold too many coupons, that is NOT an excuse for not honoring future clients coupons. She just lost all my future recommendations. She obviously does not know how customer service works. I hope the salon breaks their contract with her. She actually told me that she doesn't make any $ off the coupon, so she feels like she doesn't have to honor more coupons just to keep working longer. Didn't know being a manicurist was so rough of a job. more

Abano Salon 3/21/2012

I bought a living social coupon for a pedicure. When I called to redeem the lady doing pedicure informed me that she had sold too many and would not be able to honor my request. Out of the kindness of her heart she was extending the coupon through April 7, 2012, and was doing 12-15 pedicure a day. She did not offer to extend the coupon beyond that time or any other benefit. I bought the coupon in good faith, it is not my fault she sold too many. I would never go here and will tell all my friends and family. more

Best hair Extensions in own 8/1/2010

I came to Abana for a hair extensions consultation and was amazed at how many different companies and methods they represent.I decided to go with the SOCAP hair and it is just beautiful.Feels just like my own hair,I can put it in a pony tail,wash it everyday,just let it dry or style it.I'm hooked.Tina you're the Best! I found Abana on the Brazilian Blowout salon finder and saw Tina for my Blowout.She was so nice and informative,asked me a lot of questions about myself and my hair,which made me feel very comfortable.The Blowout she performed on me is just what I wanted.It made my hair feel and look awesome. My Husband can't keep his hands out of my hair. I'll be going back to Tina for all my hair needs from now on! I highly recommend this Lady to anyone wanting top notch hair!
