As you all know, having a new unit installed in your home can be one of the most hectic situations that can happen in your home. I am a major control freak, and don’t really like when I can’t take over. That being said, when ARS came to my home, it was apparent that I had no worries. Buddy explained everything that needed to be done in an easy way to understand, stated exactly what needed to be done, and educated me on how to operate my new high efficiency system correctly. He kept my house immaculate, taking the time to lay down drop cloths. When he was done, he and his helper vacuumed and swept behind them. One thing that extremely impressed me was his attention to detail. I had some vents that had some fiberglass in them from my old duct, and he actually took the time to clean every vent in my house. Buddy didn’t rush to get the job done, or even skimp on cleaning every bit of trash from the install and I think he even picked up a wrapper from a pack of cigarettes that I am pretty sure fell out of my car because he didn’t smoke. I couldn’t have asked for better service, a better install, or a better individual to execute the whole procedure. I will definitely recommend ARS to everyone I know in the future. more

It was a cool rainy day and Wayne was already wet from his earlier call. He put on his shoe covers and did the work up in the attic. Our little barking dogs didn't bother him a bit. I held an umbrella over the outdoor unit so he wouldn't get his instruments wet, but stepped on a hose and gave him a shower anyway. I apologized profusely but Wayne said it was no problem. I thought this, guy doesn't complain about anything. He finished his work, wrote up the paper work and explained clearly everything he did. Good job Wayne. more

Hard working two man crew (Wendell & Eric) installed new furnace and AC...took more than eight hours. took no breaks not even for meals, bathroom....got worried about them and provided water and snacks when it got dark. Thanks for what seems to be excellent work.. Haven't been under house yet to see how things were cleaned up, will do so when it's a little warmer! Best wishes to them both.... more

Comfort Advisor Glenn Smith of ARS, Columbia, SC met with me yesterday (1-19-2014) to evaluate our heating/air conditioning needs and to evaluate our current system. I found him to be very prompt for our meeting. His explanation of our current system which is about 17 years old and what new system would best meet our current and future needs was very concise and clear and the proposal he presented is very much in line with expectations. The likelihood is that we will accept his proposal. more

Eddie Russell and Josh Miles arrived on time and ready for the installation. They had what they needed and were very professional and courteous during the entire time. It was a spilt unit with ductwork replacement and they spent nearly all day with only a very short lunch break. Their review at the end after cleaning up work area was, again, very helpful and couldn't have been any better. Would use them again anytime. A month later and again everything is running fine. more
