ARS / Rescue Rooter Orlando

BAD NEWS !!! Had a minor problem with our Air Conditioning Unit and called “ARS Rescue Rooter”. The technician came and did a good job. While here he noted that our AC unit was 12 years old, and running close to its expiration date. Being new in the home and having no history on the unit he advised us that ARS had several Cleaning / Tune Up options. We decided to take the most expensive, since it provided a Complete Overhaul. It was to include the Overhaul, a follow up visit , and if we ever had a problem, would place us on a ”priority” list for service. This was in October 2021. We scheduled the first visit for 12/7/21. The same technician came to do the Overhaul. What seemed strange is that while he initially told us that it would take 2 to 3 hours, he was done in 1 hour. Would have thought that their “ULTIMATE Service, which we paid $688 for, would be more than an in & out visit. When we inquired about individual items in the package, in particular the “Corrosion Grenade”, he stated that he had forgotten to bring it, but would do it at the second visit. So June comes and we call to schedule the 2nd contracted Inspection / Cleaning. The woman in the office said that they didn’t offer the contract that I had signed and paid for. Upon talking to 2 different managers, we were told 2 different things: 1) they NEVER had such a protective maintenance program, and 2) they NO LONGER offered it. Oh, by the way, we were also advised that they NO LONGER had the “Corrosion Grenade” available. So, here I sit wondering how much, if any of the work I contracted for was done. “BUYER BEWARE” more

Jose' did a great job as usual. After over 2 months of agony putting in a new A?C unit, ARS sent Jose' who solved a continuing problem. Jose' is a star performer and I hope the company puts him at the top of the list for work at my house. He is great! more

Stephan Chaplin was the best. He answered all our questions and concerns and we used his expertise to make our decision to get a new AC unit. We would highly recommend him to anyone. We feel we are getting a quality unit for a good price. more

Victor Flores and Tyler Bryant came as a team to install our new A/C system. Although it was late in the day (4 PM), they worked diligently through the afternoon thunderstorm and finished that night. They were extremely polite, knowledgeable and diligent. I would recommend them to anyone. The clean-up was very thorough, also. more

My experience with ARS can be very frustrated without a technician like Oliver P. After 3 days without A C I was very frustrated but when Oliver walk in to the house and see the situation he did everything possible as a professional to make my family and I happy. He was very patient to make sure he find the source of the problem and resolve it. I will never forget how hot it was for Mr. Oliver to go to that attic and make sure we have cool air in the house . I will buy A C or recommend people to any company that Mr. Oliver work for. Mr. Oliver cares about his customers and have respect for the people he works with I hope ARS recognize an employee of this performance and bring more Oliver to this company. Johnny Cain was our tech who came out today for air conditioning tune up. The office did a great job of communicating when he would arrive. He arrived when I was told he would. He was knowledgable, courteous, and really cared about doing a good job. We will be using ARS again and asking for Johnny to come out again. He is a fantastic representative for your company.
