HVAC unit when out and had to replace my 3 ton unit. Fritz gave me a great price on the unit and the installers came the next day to install. My family was cool again in no time. ARS team really did a great job. Thanks more

Air condition install 6/13/2017

Jordan was courteous, friendly and personal upon first meeting. He explained about the heat pump and what he was doing along with answering questions I asked. The work he did to install was excellent and I would recommend him to others and would request him if I did another install. more

Great service from ARS / Rescue Rooter Nashville, great techs 12/28/2016

These guys did a great job, paid special attentions to some special needs we had concerning the new furnace and HVAC, and answered all our questions. Very nice gentlemen did the install. Very happy with them and would recommend ARS and their techs to anyone. We will use them in our new house as well. more

Zack and Kenton 12/21/2016

ARS gave me a phenomenal deal to replace my HVAC system. Zack and Kenton were the installers. They showed up on time, treated our property with the utmost care and kept me informed of their progress throughout the process. Unfortunately, the return duct work needed to be completely rebuilt to accommodate the new system. They successfully completed the job 11 hours later. While it took longer than we had hoped, Zack and Kenton took the time to do it right, at no additional cost to us. My wife and I couldn't be happier about the overall experience with ARS and Zack and Kenton. more

I have used ARS many times over the past 7 years and they have always been quick to respond. A friend in the industry told me most companies were quoting weeks for repair but ARS got me set up in days. HVAC specialist Ryan S. helped me fix an airflow issue that another contractor had messed up years ago ... and just in time for the summer heat. He was extremely knowledgeable, respectful and responsive...he is a 5 star employee. more

Great Job 7/16/2016

Zack did a great job installing my new HVAC and it wasn't an easy one. He and his partner stayed with it all day and got me running perfectly before leaving around 7:30 on a Friday evening. I recommend this team to anyone. more

Keith worked hard all day on a particularly difficult installation, stayed til after 7pm to get us going and did a great job in explaining everything even though it was late and I know he must have been exhausted. more

Plumbing Seervice Call 6/28/2016

I called about several plumbing problems yesterday morning at 8:30 and at 10:30 John Burris arrived to start resolving my problems He was very knowledgeable and competent in his craft. ARS can take great pride in this gentleman and his customer service skills. All of the ARS employees I contacted were customer focused and provided me with outstanding service. Way to go Team ARS!!! more

new water heater installation 6/16/2016

Richard P. and Warren P. installed a water heater and new gas duct work. I was very pleased with their knowledge and professionalism. I will use ARS again. I was a bit frustrated with the schedulers. I called at 8:30 in the morning. Stated I'd hear from someone at noon. Called back at 1:00 after not hearing from anyone ,they had no record of my call. When they called back to say someone was on the way they ask me was it a clogged drain after I told them twice I had a leaking gas waterheater. more
