Good service on water heater replacement 3/30/2016

Manuel showed up on time, was polite/courteous, took care not to leave a mess. He explained my options, did not try to pressure me into an "upsell", completed the work same day. I may have been able to get a better price by shopping around, but getting the job done in one afternoon was worthwhile to me. more

Excellent Service 12/30/2015

Needed a sump replaced and Sam E. from ARS came out. He had done my water heater previously and did a great job. He diagnosed the sump issue and got my replacement installed. Sam does excellent quality work and is extremely conscientious. I wish all service techs were this good. more

Sam E. is a great technician. He was very knowledgeable about my situation and quickly rectified the problem. He took the time to educate me on the process needed to fix my problem and other things to look out for to avoid more problems. Sam E. has a very pleasant personality and was very conscious of cleaning any debris left from his work. I was extremely pleased and thankful that Sam E. was sent to my home to rectify my problem. more

Excellent Service on a Holiday 9/7/2015

Our Sump Pump went out and Sam came out on Labor Day to replace it. He was friendly, and very informative. He gave me an honest diagnosis, several options to choose from, and a written quote for each. After making my decision, Sam quickly replaced the unit and had everything up and working fast. I appreciate his help. more

Quick, professional service 8/6/2015

We had a clog that we had put off calling about for over a year in our main bathroom tub. Richard C. came out and had us back up and running within a few minutes. He was professional, friendly and polite. I will definitely call ARS/Rescue Rooter again for my plumbing needs. more

Warrenty work 3/4/2015

Had an unusual problem, fairly new furnace was overheating and shutting down. Tom B. diagnosed the problem and ordered for a quick replacement of a faulty gas valve that was delivering too much gas. Tom was professional and put up with me asking a lot of questions. more

A big Plus for ARS 12/9/2014

Manuel came to service water heater and luckily for me found problem with primary and the backup sump pumps. Offered different solutions to restore both systems. Completed work expeditiously and professionally. I now have systems to count on. Thanks to a young professional. more

Jason L, from ARS, on furnace tun-up. 10/28/2014

Jason was very professional, did not mind me asking him all type of questions while he was working on the furnace. Explained every step and the reason why this or that had to be done, clean etc, etc. Also he mentioned and gave me advice on things I should consider for the next schedule service. No pressure in buying services nor products only recommendations. I had ARS and Airtron serviced the furnace before but Jason went above and beyond this time, I think so. Jason really cleaned and tuned-up the furnace this time. Thank you Jason for the job well done and I'll make sure I request your expertise next time. more

Water Heater 6/26/2014

I appreciated being serviced the same day as I called, within hours. My water heater was leaking down into my neighbor's garage and needed immediate assitance. When the employee of the Company arrived, he quickly got the water heater drained and was able to get a new one installed the same day, despite storms in the area. I appreciated the quick, courteous service and attention to the problem. I have used ARS before on my air conditioner and was well pleased then as well. more

Ahhh, Cool again 6/24/2014

Our home AC wasn't cool. We were sweltering in the heat. Adam arrived right on time, located the problem (coolant leak), and fixed it...free of charge. We are always very pleased with the service ARS delivers. more
