Estimate 7/9/2016

I made an appointment with Home Depot to send a company out to give us an estimate of what we needed for A/C units for up and down stairs. The service tech David from ARS who came out was very professional and knowledgeable. He helped me understand the change that was going to be in place starting in 2020 and how the rates would be going up once we get closer to that date. He informed me about the equipment I had and the equipment I would need to replace my 1985 and 2003 units. Would use their services again. more

Excellent service 7/8/2016

I am so impressed. I hesitated to call because it was the 4th of July. Showed up on time and fixed my problem. He even had to go under the house and acted like it was in the everyday occurance. more

ARS Dallas Ft. Worth - New A/C and Furnace Sale 7/1/2016

Scott C. came out to my house an give me an estimate on a replacement condenser and furnace to replace my 10 year old unit. Not being very knowledgeable on HVAC systems, Scott went over all the parts and provided me with great options and a great price, and didn't try to sell me the most expensive unit, but the best one for my home. Replace air conditioning system 6/27/2016

David was professional and courteous during his visit here. He the time to explain the benefits of a new system over the 15 year system that we currently have. We also knew that our system was old and eventually needing replacing. He answered any and all questions that I had about the new system. He also showed the additional benefits of installing a new system and how it would be superior to what I already had. more

Plumbing trouble fixed! 6/7/2016

Zach Howard and the wonderful excavation crew did a great job repairing a broken pipe under our slab foundation. Zach discovered the problem, a root in the line, and the crew dug under our house and fixed the pipe. Turns out it was a pipe that had been duct taped together, not a plumbing job done by ARS. Zach was fast at diagnosing the problem and the crew was fast, and amazingly careful with the dig and returned the dirt and rocks where they came from. Many thanks to ARS! more

Very professional and knowledgeable about A/C system. Answered all of my questions. Extremely courteous and personable. Explained the credit special that was available at Home Depot. Checked my room vents and duct work in the attic. His quotation was a close to another competitor's lower bid, for the stated reasons, I selected Scott's proposal. Totally satisfied with the installed system and the incredible same day installation. Don't get any better then that. I commend ARS for hiring a Vet more

Gentleman was very knowledgeable, but I felt that some of the things he claimed were just not believe able to me. I had only asked for a quote on insulation, but I got a quote on everything. He was also quick to discount the price if I would agree to have the work done the next day. more
