Excellent Service 9/7/2016

We needed to have our air conditioner evaluated today. ARS DFW sent out David J. (technician). He was prompt, professional, personable, and comprehensive in his evaluation and suggestions for our air conditioner needs. I felt comfortable with him in the home. He discussed several options on how best to proceed in a non-pressuring way. Overall, I am extremely pleased with his customer service and hope to have him again for any future needs. more

Fixing malfunctioning air conditioning 9/2/2016

Very happy with work David did. He was able to immediately figure out what the problem was with our AC unit, and took the time to explain to me what was going on, and what the various options were I had to both fix at this time, and to add to the system later to avoid similar problems. Was helpful, professional, and informative. Would definitely ask for him by name for any future AC work we need here. more

Residential Service Received from ARS 8/19/2016

I was very impressed with the service received from ARS when my air conditioner went out recently. Our city has been consumed with temperatures above 100, and to go without cool air can be very uncomfortable. The company had to wait on the compressor to arrive and when it did, they were scheduled to be at my home around 2:00 pm. Although, they were not present when I came home, they did come later that night and worked till the job was completed. To work with a company that takes your well-being into consideration is highly commendable and deserves praise. Thank you for a job well done! Shirley more

Tino was very helpful in making suggestions. Initially I just wanted my ductwork replaced but he advised me to update my old a/c because it would be more cost effective in the future.He also suggested the air scrubber.I am retired and on a fixed income,but after much thought I decided it would be an investment that would pay off in the long run. more

ARS Dallas/Fort Worth David Jones 7/30/2016

Technician David Jones w/ARS DFW came out this evening (about 9:45pm) to service my a/c unit. The a/c line was clogged. Although it was late I felt as though I was his first customer for the day. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem prior to arriving and resolved the issue immediately upon arriving on site. I am more than pleased with his work and ask that he's your next employee of the month with all accolades that accompany this recognition. Excellent customer service is rare. Thanks, Rue more

My experiences with Barry H. 7/25/2016

Barry was very professional coming to the house to see what my needs were and made recommendations. Then, when I thought I would have trouble getting it financed, he got me connected with the bank the company uses. I was able to get a very low interest rate and payments I could live with. more

2 Great Experiences with Scott Cappe and ARS/EAS Dallas Ft. Worth! 7/15/2016

I have had the privilege to work with Scott Cappe twice in the past year. The first was for radiant barrier and insulation work in the attic; the second, unfortunately, was to replace my air conditioning/heating system. During both transactions, Scott was always open and honest about the products he offered and provided recommendations that were tailored to our specific situation and needs. When the air conditioner went out today, I didn't think twice about calling Scott to get a quote. Scott was able to offer me a great system at about $1,500 less than the competitor, informed me about a 0% financing opportunity that had literally just been advertised today, and was able to get my system installed the same day at no additional cost. Scott is also a military veteran, which I appreciate, being a recent active duty retiree myself. Based on my past two experiences with Scott Cappe and the ARS/EAS team, I highly recommend going to these folks for your heating, air conditioning, insulation, ventilation and radiant barrier needs. more

ARS Service 7/14/2016

Luis D. had the same smile at my door as he has in his picture. He was awesome and let me know what he was about to do every step of the way. Once he inspected the problem, he gave me an estimate. He knew what to do about the problem and completed the repair in a timely manner. I really am glad he came and when he gave me the estimate, I was very surprised at the reasonable amount.
