When I brought our cat Tallulah in she was gasping for breath, in heart failure. Dr. Corfman immediately diagnosed her and got her on oxygen and Lasix to relieve her symptoms. Once our kitty was stabilized the doctor explained what was happening and what we would need to do to care for her. Treatment and medication options were explained in a thorough manner.\r \r The technicians told such good care of Tallulah, they were so gentle and caring. They were very kind to my husband and me as well. Tallulah's nose had pink lipstick on it from the sweet tech who had given her so many kisses! I wish I could remember her name, I was so upset that it is kind of a blur.\r \r There was one small mix-up with regards to the medication we were sent home with. We thought it was only 2 different meds, but it was actually 3. Someone had called us before we even got home to say we needed to come back and get the other prescription. So, a small amount of confusion on our part but it easily remedied and not a more

The Best! 5/17/2012

We have been taking hundreds of shelter dogs to Dr. Corfman for years. He is the most caring, knowledgeable and honest veterinarian I have ever met. He has the difficult task of sometimes dealing with shelter dogs who are not on their best behavior and yet he is always thorough and efficient. His "bedside manner" puts our dogs at ease. Best animal hospital around!! Clean, professional, friendly. They treat my pets like their own. They know them by name and we are always treated well. Dr Lisa and Dr Corfman have been there for years and it's comforting to know my pets are in good hands. more

Excellent 4/16/2011

excellent care. Previously went to Banfield before being recommended to Animal Care Centers. No comparison in the vets knowledge and time spent answering my questions. I recommend them to my friends now more

Best in the City 4/14/2011

This hospital and the staff are amazing. I have taken my dogs to the Blue Ash location as well as the Fairfield location. They have always been very accomodating and very knowledgeable. Imagine taking your loved one to a different clinic and having them misdiagnose my dog's disease for 2 months! That's what happened to me. I spent so much time taking my dog to the other clinic and paying for tests. One trip to see Dr. Dave and he diagnosed the problem and got my baby back on track. Granted, they are not the cheapest in the area, but when it comes to my dogs, I don't want the cheapest, I want the best. Dr. Dave and his staff provide that. more

There are better places to take your pet 7/28/2010

I will not take or adopt my pets from this clinic again. The first dog my family adopted from ACC died suddenly at age 3 only a week after a check-up that said she was in perfect health. The second dog we adopted developed seizures and cushings disease. Every time I go into one of the clinics it smells and I know that if it was cleaned enough and properly it wouldn't smell. I work with dogs and our place never smells because we mop the entire place several times a day. more

I have four dogs that I take to Animal Care Center and i feel confident that Dr. Lisa and the staff will take excellant care of my animals. The staff is friendly and very caring towards your animals. more

Wonderful Experience!!! 6/25/2008

The post from 6/8/08 is more than likely coming from an extremely bitter employee that lost his or her job for what I'm sure is good reason. Dr. Dave and his staff are always more that happy to go the extra mile. When my dog was about to pass due to my own irresponsibility, Dr. Dave and his techs were more than willing to perform the necessary emergency surgeries after hours and provide extra care while I was at work at no extra cost. In comparing with other clinics, the price was lower and the service was undoubtedly superior. Its unfortunate that such a great clinic can be given a \r "black eye" as the result of one bitter employee's angry rant. more

They love your animals as much as you do! 7/22/2005

I've used the same veterinarian for almost two decades. Dr. Lisa has seen our pets through the gamut. Checking out our new puppies/kitties and helping us put them out of their pain.
