Took my van in because it was having trouble starting. I had the starter replaced at Midas yet it continued to have the problem. They said it was electrical and recommended AES look at it. AES indicated the problem was the ABS Computer. They installed a new one. Two days later, the van has the ORIGINAL problem, it won't start consistently. I politely went there the next day they were open and told them I was still having the problem. Dustin told me he would diagnose it at $50 for every 30 min. CHARGE ME to diagnose a problem I already paid $1,000 to FIX! I wasn't asking for a refund or even new parts and labor free. Just DIAGNOSE the problem it was and still is having. I told him so far I've spent $1,500 in a week between them and Midas and my van still won't start. I have no money left, in fact had to borrow money from my 12 year old for groceries. All I want is for them to diagnose the problem at no cost. Without even looking at me he said that wouldn't be fair. WHHHAATTTTTT!?!? Rude, and if they're not liars then at the very least they are not knowledgeable or fair. Either way, not people you want working on your vehicle. more

My truck was running rough and I wasn't sure why. I had to go out of town and didn't have time to bring it in. They came and got it for me fixed the problems and returned it when I got home from vacation so I wouldn't be without my vehicle. It was returned in better shape then they picked up in. Amazing service and they really do care about their customers and doing things right. I appreciate their honesty and integrity in everything they do. You couldn't choose a better company to care for your vehicle. more

AES Services has worked on my car several times. They have never fixed something that did not need to be fixed, prices were the lowest I have ever found. I was kept updated on the work they were doing and how long it may take. The service manager, Adrian Gillogly, is very detailed oriented and always let me know what I need to do imediately and what can wait. I highly recommend AES to everyone! I have had my car serviced by AES for MANY years. I have appreciated the staff's attention to detail and accurate assessments. The service manager, Adrian Gillogly, has been honest in telling me when a repair needed to be done immediately and when one could wait. They give cost estimates and do not do unnecessary work. They have treated me respectfully. I like that they have all the information about everything they have ever done to my car and are able to assess if a repair may fall within a warranty and take care of that for me. I would highly recommend them for honest assesments, great customer service, and excellent repairs. more

After 3 years of being told I didn't drive my car enough was why the battery kept going down & would not start, the guys at AES didn't tell me that! Instead they found the problem and fixed it. -Rita more

My car was damaged in the flood... I called AES because the electronics in our car failed due to the water. They said it would take a week-- it took FOUR! When our car was finally finished it was disgusting! They gave it back to us absolutely filthy! All of the walls were uncovered and literally the insulation was everywhere- all over and in my car. It was so disgusting. I have cleaned my car many, many times since then and still insulation is in places I can't get to. Do not go here! Find someone else- even if it costs more. AES employees are rude and it is not clean. Pros: they pick up the phone at least Cons: too many to list more

Fixed my car for less than quoted. Got it repaired on a Friday before a holiday when other places didn't even have time to look at it. Pros: Great job and price Cons: only open monday-friday more
