I met Aaron through a friend about a year ago and told him that my wife and I were starting to head into a scary time in life, the buying of our first home. I told him that while I knew real estate agents were useful they were expensive and I was going to try and and buy the home without using one. I had thought I could buy the house for less from the seller without an agent.

Not only did he find us a place we never would have been able to find on our own, he had a relationship with the seller and their agent that did indeed secure us more money at closing, and more things in our place than we would have on our own.
