I had an emergency where my laptop got a virus on THANKSGIVING. I called. He came out. Did a repair on my laptop. Dan did not even charge me extra to remove it on a holiday. Not only that but I live way outside Gainesville in Micanopy. more

Long time customer, saved me 11/19/2010

I have posted this review on others places because I love this company. On Sunday, a while back, during thunder my power shut off and computer not work. I found their ad in Gainesville newspaper classified under computer service or computer repair. Nice guy came out after I was able to schedule for my computer to be repaired the day after I called. My computer needed repairing because no power. He opened the computer case and repaired the computer to make it boot within 5 minutes. Not only do I not need another computer but I didnt have to go without it for more then 24 hours. I recommend them to Gainesville.. Thank you for this. more

Fast service, same day on a weekend 11/12/2010

Facebook gave me some nasty spyware. It kept redirecting my internet searches to other ad sites. I took my computer in and 4 hours later my laptop was working great. This was on a SATURDAY mind you. No other laptop repair shop was open. Good price. more

laptop screen replaced for almost nothing 11/11/2010

I thought I was going to have to purchase a new laptop when the laptop had dropped off the bed. Called a couple of places in town and this was by FAR the best price in Gainesville. They ordered and replaced the same day it was in. Relieved that I did not have to get a new one after only 2 years. more

Great place. This is the 4th time I have used them over the last two years. It is always a pleasure. I have two laptops and three desktop pcs which one of them is constantly needing repairs. They are located in Gainesville near the Fresh Market/Bank of America area off in the Northwest. more

Polite friendly, ****HONEST**** 11/10/2010

I called this company because my audio jack was broken. Instead of charging me or quoting me they immediately pointed out that there was a device I could order which could play sound through USB. The company I called before wanted, no joke, $400.00 to fix the jack. Instead of giving me a ridiculous quote, I saved a ridiculous amount of money by calling them. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate this. more

Laptop super quick, Sleeping at night easier now 11/9/2010

my whole life on my laptop which died suddently from a spyware virus. Gainesville pc repair replaced my hard disk drive and installed everything back. now its coming up faster than ever before. more

Superb Windows Tech company 11/9/2010

My internet connection was working 80% of the time. No one else could fix it until I called them. They figured out that the router was hooked up incorrectly. Crazy! Great company. more

Excellent unique service for laptops and desktop PC's 11/8/2010

My laptop AND my desktop each had a spyware virus on it at the same time. Found 43rd Street Computers on Google and went right in. They did not disappoint. Unlike others they used a unique service they offer to speed up one machine much much faster after they were finished. The other laptop computer they had an easier time cleaning it and tuning it up. It is also fast (older) but there is nothing like the computer they did the unique windows service too. They have a guarantee if I get a virus for any reason in the next 30 days, even if its my fault, it will be removed FOR FREE. Guarantees like that are a calming sigh of relief. more

Removed Spyware from My laptop computer 11/8/2010

It is hard to be properly descriptive in painting a written picture of how frustrating my laptop computer can be. So I will not, LOL. That all went away when I chose to go to 43fd Steet Computer Repair right after work. They finished working on my laptop the next day. Simply said, the BEST. Now my Dell is lightning fast and has very little to no junk programs on it. more
