People please listen up and listen well, this is by far one of the worst experiences I have had using a moving company and the reason why I say one of the worst is, unfortunately when I made my STUPID relocation move from FL back home to NY I used Florida SW Van Lines in Ocala, FL and because of the great scam operation that they are they disgracefully wound up STEALING all of my furniture and possessions, and I after thankfully being able to buy replacement furniture once again, yet flopping BIG time in the NY Zoo, I went with Liberty/United Van Lines because I believed I was using a reputable company, yet short of robbing my possessions they in turn damaged and lost them instead.\r

If it were not for the polite, professional, non-overbearing and standup salesman they sent me in their Mr. Gary Ferrero, they would not have had a prayer of getting the move, especially when all the other estimates I received were in fact much lower in price.\r

They have a sheer disgrace of an employee at their Commack, NY facility by the name of Ms./Mrs. Yolanda Vega, who is supposedly one of their 3 moving coordinators, yet she is a cold, crude and heartless animal who should not be able to have any customer contact or interaction whatsoever, and she just disgracefully disparages her employ and she honestly acts and believes that hour fowl s_____ does not stink! \r

Do not waste your breath on contacting the so-called President Mr. Anthony Federico as well, as he does not even have the common nor professional decency to return ones calls, and it is very apparent that he is just another spoon fed selfish individual whose dad and family left their hard earned blood, sweat and tears to, and he does not think his s_____ does not stink, he just does not give a s______!\r

Time and time again you see BIG companies and organizations forget how they got where they are and then start treating their Bloodline (the consumer) like Sheer C____ and believe me when I say, Liberty/United Van Lines is sadly no different, so do yourselves a BIG favor and give your business to the one’s out there that Really and Truly want your business and are where Liberty/United Van Lines once were.\r
