Here it is 2:14 sitting here and all of a sudden here comes the black tow truck. He pulled up around the apts long enough to pop a lock and then he comes around make a right into the other entrance to make it look like he was just pulling up. Hahaha. Have it all on video. Just 1 more for the detective to investigate. City hoodrats.
