Patrick, I am truly so sorry for the loss of your George. The memories of your baby can never be taken from you, and George will always be with you in your heart. As for the loss of the kennel, I believe mistakes are made, and that those involved are truly sorry.\r \r My sweet kitty Sheldon has been in Dr. Serratore's care for 17 1/2 years. She had Chronic Kidney Failure for the past 3 years, and I could never have asked for a more caring Vet and support staff. I have spent hours a day for the last 6 days while she was on IV drip and meds. Sadly, today while in my arms her heart stopped. The staff hugged me, and gave me all the time I needed to say good bye. Dr. Serratore gave me peace by allowing me to not let her pass alone, and telling me I did all that coud be done for her to have a happy life.\r \r I hope you find peace in knowing your George is not in pain, and at peace.\r \r My condolences,\r \r Erin\r
