Review content:
Eliminex Termite and Pest did a bed bug treatment for the whole house. The work was thorough. Derek was very personable. He addressed my concerns. He was available and answered his phone and messages in a timely manner. He always got back to me. He didn't leave me hanging.
Derek delivered what he said. He didn't lead me on to think that it would go away in 2 or 3 days. He let me know it was a process and we got through it. Couldn't ask for a better person.
He also gave us options and didn't just railroad us about the price. Derek guided me along with the pesticides and said, "Don't waste your money on this," and "Don't waste your money on that." When I investigated later, I found out that he was right. He came in and gave us the facts.
I called Derek on a Saturday and he was there on Monday. Every time he said he was coming, he was there on time. He was there when he said he was going to be there. I would recommend him to anybody. I couldn't ask for a better service!
