Review content:
Was charged for items that I told them I did not want at time of exam (anti-glare coating and progressive lenses). They told me to try the progessive for 2 weeks and if I still didn't like them, they would change them and refund the $95. I tried them for 3 weeks and still was dizzy, so they remade them into lined bifocals but denied that they would refund the $95. I have never seen a business like this!!! I would have not tried the progressive if I thought I would not get a refund if I didn't like them!!!! Very unprofessional and no customer service!!!!
