- Poor treatment by medical technician while taking my vitals
- Dr. Cole failed to prepare for my appointment. During my visit, she asked me, "Did we run that test on you already?" She should have reviewed my files before I arrived, at a very minimum.
- Pushing invasive surgical procedures before getting a diagnosis of the underlying problem
- Dismissive and condescending
General Comments:
Dr. Cole came very, VERY highly recommended, but I found her to be brusque and harsh. Although she is extremely intelligent, well-educated, (UW Med) and well-trained, I don't know if she's the best overall doctor. She doesn't listen, and I feel like she wants to skip diagnostic tests in favor of overly invasive and potentially dangerous "quick fix" surgical procedures. My opinion is that she has a "Get over it!" attitude instead of a calming and healing demeanor. I've been to two appointments with her. I will give her one more chance, but I might have to find another doctor if she continues to be so abrasive.
