I had my car sent from Seattle to the suburbs of Chicago, where I'm stuck because of a family crisis.
They were great at working with me to get the car here safely - the public transport in the burbs here is lousy, so I just couldn't keep bumming a ride here and there to get by. Since I plan to relocate here soon anyway, it just made sense to get my car here.
The girl I coordinated everything with on the phone could not have been easier to work with - she walked me through everything, each step of the way. They provide a very valuable service - and I'm very glad for it, too.
