Very bad service and bad cleaning job 11/17/2010

They came to our condo and were not professional, they did it really quick, and we checked the carpets out when they were done and they didn't look much better. The carpets were wet for 3 days. Now the carpets smell. Will call different carpet cleaning company to fix this issue. Do not use them. Erica more
