If you have ever been to Whitman's you would know how clean that shop is. They are wonderful and helpful people. My personal experience was a great one. My vehicle broke down in Tennessee as I was on my way to Alabama to live, I needed to have it towed here so i could have it fixed close to where i was moving. My brother recommend Whitman's. They helped me have it towed and worked out the fastest and cheapest way to have it repaired so I would have my vehicle for work and my children. If it hadn't been for David and Garland Whitman I'm not sure we could have done it on our own. They are one of the best shops I've ever dealt with. My husband and I would recommend them very highly to anyone. more

Poor place to have work done 11/12/2005

High prices, a little out of the way. Poor communication. Have had to take vehicle back 3 times to have it fixed correctly. The place was dirty, no place to wait even if it's for a rotate and balance. Lack of communication between front office and technicians. Do not recommend. very slow service. Hours of operation isn't all that great. I've been there plenty of times to pick up my car only to find they closed early or wasn't open at all that day. It took almost 2 weeks to get my car back because they kept it locked up in the shop PROS: CONS: Poor service, lack of customer service more
